Neporn.com respects intellectual property rights and responds to properly submitted copyright infringement notices. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to material identified in a complete notice.

2. REMOVAL REQUEST FORM (FASTEST)

Please use our Removal Request Form. This is the fastest way to process copyright removals:

Please include:

  • Your full legal name (and the rights-holder’s name, if different) and your relationship to the rights-holder.
  • Your email address and other contact details sufficient for us to respond.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (enough detail to locate/verify it).
  • The exact URL(s) on neporn.com for each item you want reviewed.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorized to act for the rights-holder.
  • Your electronic signature and the date.

3. DESIGNATED COPYRIGHT AGENT

Important: For removals, it’s faster if you use the Removal Request Form above. If you contact the Designated Copyright Agent instead, processing may be slower.

4. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE RECEIVE A NOTICE

  • We review notices as quickly as practicable; timing depends on volume and completeness.
  • We may request additional information before taking action.
  • We may remove or disable access to the material identified in a complete notice.
  • We may notify the uploader/poster and may share the substance of the notice as reasonably necessary to address the complaint.

5. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Neporn.com maintains a repeat infringer policy. Where appropriate and in our discretion, we may restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly post content that is the subject of reliable infringement complaints or other credible information indicating repeated infringement.

6. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION (DISPUTE OF REMOVAL)

If you are the uploader/poster of material removed or disabled due to a copyright notice and you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Copyright Agent above.

Please include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, email).
  • Identification of the removed/disabled material and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that the information you submit is accurate, plus your electronic signature and the date.
